Ben has worked as a music lead in a large London primary school, and in leadership in a Music Service. He has developed projects and partnership work to deliver high quality musical experiences for young musicians of all abilities and across a wide age range.
Having a wealth of experience delivering curriculum, instrumental and ensemble activity in both mainstream and SEND school settings, he has worked with music teachers and leadership teams to:
develop and deliver curriculum, including whole class instrument tuition
up skill workforce
develop inclusive and creative practice
develop whole class instrumental delivery and progression pathways
implement whole school singing initiatives
